该机夹头采用变频控制，槽筒采用伺服控制。卷绕比采用电子卷绕比，可以获得高品质卷装。摩擦辊接触压力采用伺服比例阀 控制，根据不同的纱线可以任意调节。卷绕张力控制是采用比例阀加无摩擦气缸组合，根据纱线卷装的需求可以任意设定需要 的卷绕张力。卷绕动程为双动程供用户选择。适合芳纶，聚芳酯，聚酰亚胺，超高分 子量聚乙烯，PBO 等高性能纤维卷绕及倒筒。
