SWA360SG 单头带导盘全自动卷绕机

该机夹头采用变频控制，槽筒采用伺服控制。卷绕比采用电子卷绕比，可以获得高品质卷装。摩擦辊接触压力采用伺服比例阀控制，根据不同的纱线可以任意调节。卷绕张力控制是采用比例阀加无摩擦气缸组合，根据纱线卷装的需求可以任意设定需要的卷绕张力。卷绕动程为双动程供用户选择。同时配备断纱报警， 自动吸丝装置。适合卷绕芳纶，聚芳酯，聚酰亚胺，超高分 子量聚乙烯，PBO 等高性能纤维。

This winder chuck motor controlled by inverter.Trvers cam controlled by servo control system .Winding    proportion by electronic.so high-quality package are available.Friction roller contact pressure using servo   proportional valve control.depending on the yarn it can be adjusted at will.Winding stress control is a     combination of proportional valve and frictionless cylinders.Depending on the needs of the yarn,the required winding stress can be set at will.The same machine can be available in two width of bobbin.Equipped with a  broken yarn alarm and automatic suction device.this machine is suitable for aramid fiber ,PBO fiber.
